EDEN’s Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP) are professionals who specialize in providing support and guidance to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. They play an important role by helping individuals and their families cope with the complexities of the disease to maintain a high quality of life.
