Portable EKG machine is a device that works with your smartphone or tablet and allows you to take an ECG recording for screening cardiac patients from the comfort of their home.

A urinalysis screening is used to detect and address a wide range of disorders, such as urinary tract infections, kidney disease, and diabetes.

We organize insulin delivery and management for people with diabetes. We also provide consultation and training on healthy eating habits through basic nutrition knowledge, meal-planning, weight-loss strategies, and other diabetes-specific counseling. We help to develop personal strategies and skills for self-management of diabetes. One of the key points of this training is learning to use the A1C blood test for Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes. It measures your average blood sugar level over the past three months.

IV therapy is the fastest way to deliver medications and blood products directly into the bloodstream. It helps with various health conditions, dehydration, and blood transfusions.

Physical Therapy:

• EDEN’s PTs are highly trained and experienced specialists, that evaluate the client’s needs with patient-centered goals.
• Our aim is to help seniors achieve their maximum independence and continue to have a good quality of life in the setting they are in.
• We provide outpatient PT services in client’s homes and bring modalities (Ultrasound, Anodyne Therapy, KT tape) and therapeutic equipment as needed.
• We provide PT treatments for fall prevention, muscle strengthening, pain management, post-surgical and other orthopedic conditions, neurological, cardiovascular and pulmonary rehab, vestibular rehab, etc.
